The Rack Mount Fibre Management System is a modular enclosure that provides cross-connect and interconnect capabilities for splicing and terminating outdoor cables and FTTH drop cables in a fibre access network. It integrates three main functions of fibre splicing, cable winding and storing, and interface management. Comprising two key components — Fibre Termination and Fibre Distribution — within the same frame assembly, the Rack Mount FMS delivers high performance and stability, making it a reliable and efficient solution for managing fibre optic connections from outside the fibre rack to the fibre routers. Available in 2U (24F), 3U (48F), and 4U (96F) configurations with SC/APC adaptors, the Byteworx Rack Mount FMS is engineered to fit any standard 19-inch or 21-inch rack — providing organised, high-density fibre management across telecom, enterprise, and data centre environments.

Main frame fixed to the rack with only the inside tray extending outside — improving stability of the system
Provides easy rack front access to rear compartment and jumpers
Compatible with FC, SC, LC, LC/APC, ST, SC/APC, and E2000 connector styles
