Joint Closures

Joint Closures are fiber optic enclosures that provides secure splicing, environmental sealing, and mechanical strength continuity between adjacent optical cables at any point in the network. Byteworx offers two configurations to match your deployment: the Flat Type Joint Closure, built for high-capacity 96/144-core splicing in a compact, low-profile design, and the Round Type Joint Closure, a dome-profile enclosure available in 24/48/96-core capacities for aerial, buried, and pole/wall-mounted installations.

Both are IP68-rated, constructed from ribbed ABS & PP for chemical and UV resistance, and provisioned with a complete splicing accessories kit — ensuring reliable, long-term protection for cut, uncut, and taut sheath cable applications across telecom, BharatNet, and last-mile fiber networks.
