ODC (Outdoor Cabinets)

An Outdoor Telecom Cabinet (ODC) is a weatherproof enclosure that houses, protects and powers active telecom equipment in the field, from roadside poles and rural broadband sites to transmission and aggregation nodes. Byteworx ODCs are built as complete, ready-to-deploy systems. Each cabinet combines an IP55-rated aluminium enclosure with integrated power, lithium-ion battery backup and thermal management, so the network keeps running even when grid power doesn't.

At Byteworx | Custom Wraps, our ODC range comes in two configurations:

• OLT ODC: a compact pole, wall or floor-mount cabinet for fibre access networks.
• Double Rack ODC: a high-capacity cabinet with dual DC air conditioning, dual 6 kW power systems and extended battery backup for critical transmission sites.

Both are engineered for India's heat, dust, humidity and unstable grid conditions, and customised to each site's requirements.
