The Joint Closure Flat Type is a high-capacity, flat-profile fiber splice enclosure designed for underground, duct, and manhole installations where a dome configuration is not suitable or practical. The wide, low-profile ABS and PP enclosure is particularly well suited to horizontal duct and underground manhole environments — offering the same IP68 weatherproof protection, heat shrink cable entry sealing, and "C" clamp base sealing as the round type, while providing a more accessible tray layout for field technicians working in confined spaces.
