• Compact enclosure, typically around 626 x 375 x 650 mm (H x W x D) in aluminium or steel, with 5U to 6U of 19-inch rack space — sized up or down to your equipment load
• Dual IP67 power modules (500W series): 48V DC output of up to 480W per module, with up to 90% efficiency and a 0.99 power factor. They have a 3-year warranty.
• Wide input voltage tolerance: operates from 150 to 280 VAC (rated 200 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), built for sites with unstable grid supply.
• Rugged power electronics: the modules work from -35°C to 65°C, with IP67 outer-body protection and built-in indicator lights.
• Lithium-ion battery backup: a 48V / 15Ah battery module keeps equipment running during power outages.
• Fan-based thermal management: 2 x 4-inch, 190 CFM DC fans.
• Built-in fibre management: 1U 24-core rack-mount FMS with front sliding for easy access and maintenance.
• Secure, sealed front door: heavy-duty 2- or 3-point locking with a flush-fitted built-in padlock. It has EPDM gasket sealing, a door arm with 120° opening restriction, and an earth stud with cable.
• Outdoor-grade finish: RAL 7035 fine matt shade with 80 to 100 micron PP coating.
• DCDB panel included: standard or customised to requirement.
• Customisable cable entry: a bottom gland plate with 4 to 6 glands, with gland size and quantity set to client requirement.
• Organised cabling: ABS cable loops on both 19-inch pillars, with U-pattern marking.
• Flexible mounting: pole, wall or floor mount.
